Online or In-Person Private Real Estate Tutoring
I offer one-on-one tutoring services for the OACIQ real estate brokerage certification exams (both residential and commercial). Additionally, I provide tutoring support for all the classes of the real estate programs (law, appraisal, math, etc.).
Pass your courses and your certification exam so that you can get to work selling real estate as soon as possible! Time is money in this business, and a failed exam can lead to costly delays.
In-Person or Online
Whether you prefer face-to-face tutoring or the convenience of online tutoring, I can help. The hourly rate is the same for both methods. Online tutoring is done through Zoom or Google Meet; I will share my screen with you so that we can examine math problems, contracts, etc. together.
On Your Schedule
Tutoring sessions can be scheduled any day of the week between 9am and 9pm. Sessions can be 1 hr, 1.5 hrs or 2 hrs long, depending on your preference. Typically the optimal duration for most students is 1.5 hrs.
Exam Success
My tutoring is focused on preparing you for the most important topics – those that will likely be asked about on the OACIQ exam and program course exams. Preparing for the exam can be overwhelming given the amount of material you’ve been provided with over the course of your studies; I help to filter down the material to the key concepts so that you’re able to spend your studying time wisely.

Jonathan Saveriano
Jonathan Saveriano is a graduate of the Collège de l’Immobilier du Québec (2008) and the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University (2011).
Jonathan began his real estate career in 2008, working as a real estate broker for residential and commercial transactions in Montréal, Québec. Additionally, he teaches for the residential and commercial real estate programs at John Abbott College, including courses such as brokerage contracts, real estate math, commercial real estate finance, residential construction and more.
His unique combination of real world and academic experience is what makes him a tutor like no other. He currently lives in Montreal, working as a residential and
commercial real estate broker at Groupe Sutton Centre-Ouest (Sutton Westmount), a private tutor and a real estate instructor at John Abbott College.
CR CRASH COURSE FOR THE OACIQ RESIDENTIAL LICENSING EXAM
Have you been looking for a crash course for the OACIQ certification exam? A two day crash course is coming up on Saturday January 24th and Sunday January 25th 2026 from 12pm-5pm each day. The crash course covers the important topics of all competencies and includes a mock exam with solutions. The course is specifically designed to prepare you for the exam in the most cost-efficient and time-efficient way possible. It takes place in person at the Sutton office in NDG (5800 av. Monkland). The cost per person is $249 + GST/QST and is payable at the beginning on the first day of the course.
